Paint
Colour shouldn’t be reserved for the garden. In the winter months I use painting and stained glass to add much needed brightness into the grey Vancouver palette and the long nights. I can’t smell or taste them like my flowers and veg but they do the trick in brightening up the house. The photos unfortunately don’t do justice to the sculptural quality each holds. The images wrap around the edges and there are many layers of medium built up for texture imparting a 3D quality.
