- 1 10 ml glass roll-on bottle (or small spray container)
Supplies
- 9 ml carrier oil of your choice recommend fractionated coconut oil, grapeseed oil, sweet almond oil, or jojoba oil
- 4 drops bergamot essential oil
- 4 drops lemon essential oil
- 4 drops black pepper essential oil
- 4 drops cinnamon leaf essential oil
- 3 drops litsea essential oil
- 4 drops rose absolute
- 3 drops cedarwood essential oil
- 3 drops lavender essential oil
- 3 drops vetiver essential oil
- 3 drops vanilla absolute
Instructions
- Remove cap from roller ball.
- Add in carrier oil, followed by the drops of essential oils.
- Add lid back on. Give it a good shake before applying sparingly to your wrist.
